Two small steps lead through an archway to the wooden-floored, beamed living room. This is a beautiful room featuring exposed stone work, a traditional Breton raised wood burner, and large patio doors leading to the gravelled barbecue and outdoor dining area and gardens. Relax on comfortable leather and fabric sofas, listen to music on the CD player, watch a film on DVD, play one of the many games provided for guests use - or simply curl up in front of a log fire with a glass of your favourite tipple after a hard day’s exploring.
A small step leads to an inner hallway with a further flight of stairs to the first floor. Off this hallway is a laundry room with sink, washing machine, and a freezer and separate fridge, and a lounge/games room with leather sofa, coffee table, a selection of toys and games and a television - ideal as a playroom for the children, or just for extra space and privacy for larger family groups.

On the other side of the house, a staircase leads to a small carpeted landing area leading off to:
Outside:
To the front of the house is a gravelled area and a grassed area between the surrounding hamlet houses. To the rear of the house is almost half an acre of garden for you to enjoy, with a fenced and gated area nearest to the house, with lavender, shrubs and a small rose garden. In springtime the cherry trees (after which the house is named) will be in blossom, and in this part of the garden there is also an ancient pear tree. The property is accessed via a private drive off a quiet country lane. Enjoy a barbecue and a glass of wine while you catch the last rays of the sun going down behind the trees, lounge in the pool on a hot Summer afternoon, play chess with the over-sized garden chess set, or relax in a hammock under the fruit trees, the choice is yours.
