Les Cerisiers is within easy driving distance of a number of ports and is easily accessible from the UK and Ireland. The nearest port is St. Malo, and the quiet motorways make the drive to the cottage a pleasure.
Approximate journey times from ports to the cottage by car are:
St. Malo - 45 minutes
Roscoff - 1 hr 40 mins
Caen - 2 hrs 30 mins
Cherbourg - 3 hrs
Le Havre - 3 hrs 20 mins
Calais - 6 hrs
For those guests who would prefer to fly and hire a car, the nearest airports are at Dinard - 45 minutes drive (served by Ryanair - direct flights to Dinard from Birmingham commencing June 08) and Rennes - 50 mimutes (Flybe and Aerlingus). If you don’t like ferries or flying then we are just under 6 hours drive from the Channel Tunnel.
